CGI property photos

I've just been having my regular Rightmove browsing session, and have come across a property particulars that has used CGI to add furniture to an empty house: www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/118454084#/media?channel=RES_BUY&id=media2&ref=photoCollage. As you flick through it becomes more obvious, but at first I didn't realise. It's not specified in the photo captions, though it is mentioned towards the end of the details.

Has anyone else ever seen this approach before? I don't think there's anything wrong as such, but would prefer if it was a bit more upfront.
