Drain under kitchen extension?

Last October we paid to get our drains cleared due to the shower in the en-suite not draining. 4 drains opened and cleared no problem. However, the plumber when flushing the main bathroom toilet couldn't see where it came out and suggested there may be another drain underneath the kitchen extension (built pre 80s, not in any of the paperwork when we purchased the house last July).

We now have a foul odour from the kitchen sink, gurgling pipes when using the kitchen sink or washing machine and the toilet in the main bathroom is rising before falling. Problem is we think these are connected to the possible drain under the kitchen extension.

Does anyone know if there's a way of clearing the drain without destroying the kitchen floor? Eg through the pipes etc.

Have you got a manhole somewhere on the property?
If so, you could get drain engineers to look via that, with camera, and they could "map" your drains plus, would be able to see what the issue is and, possibly, clear or repair it.

£195.00 plus VAT for our CCTV survey in December 2021, West Mids, if that helps.
