Hi looking for advice please, our house going on the market soonish and wish to get all our ducks in a row.
We added an en-suite around ten years ago (stud wall to adjacent bedroom) will we need any special certificates? We didn’t get any at the time, I did ask the builder/plumber but he never followed through with this paperwork. What to do in preparation for a smooth move in this respect?
Is there a time lapse eg it’s been there ten years so all fine? Thanks for any advice.

Don't think you do. I contacted building regs when doing ours and the advisor asked why I was contacting them! Said I didn't need to.........
