Changing deeds

Hi,
Does anybody know how long it takes to change the deeds from “good” to absolute?
We thought we were a week away from exchange and now this spanner has been thrown in the works!

Standing charge!

why is my standing charge so expensive?

54p a day electric
48p a day gas!
