How to remove oil based stain from matt painted wall?

Annoyingly accidentally sprayed a facial oil on a wall which is coated in matt paint (not the wipeable variety).

I've tried damp cloth, magic eraser sponge, and diluted white vinegar, all with no luck. Any magic remedies I'm missing before I order some stain blocker and repaint the wall? it's right in the middle of a big wall - no hiding it!

Have you tried soap or washing up liquid.

If that doesn’t work I think you want something dry that will draw out the oil. Something like talc or cornflour left on overnight - but I’ve no idea how you’d do that on a vertical wall!
