It’s a probate Victorian terrace. Surveyor has given us pre warning that there’s a lot of artex and recommends an asbestos survey.
This is a “calm me down please” thread. The house is ideal budget and location for us and we’ve been looking for a long time (nc for this but I’ve been on the buyers sellers threads for a year plus). I know the next step is wait for survey report, get asbestos survey (might not even be asbestos) but would just appreciate your thoughts on price of removal and likelihood? It will need to be removed as the place needs complete renovation.
