Absolute shambolic service from B&Q. 1 month delay in delivering my new fridge freezer then when it eventually turns up (3rd attempt at getting it!) and we unwrap it to find this! Won’t pick up for 2 weeks and no refund until then!

That's dreadful! Were there no signs of damage on the packaging? Whether there were or not though, they should do better than two weeks!

@CasperGutman there was a small hole in the box but I actually gasped when I saw the fridge itself.

It almost looks like someone has taken a hammer or such to it.

Do you pay for it on a credit card? Just in case they get difficult.

Just to show you the opposite end of the customer service scale - our Samsung fridge arrived just like that but the difference is they delivered the damaged one in 6 hours of us making an order(!) and when we complained sent over flowers, chocolate, vouchers (within 24 hours), and gave us a replacement in 3 days. I would suggest you get a refund and buy elsewhere as it’s ridiculous they need 2 weeks to fix their own mistake.
