DP and I are in the process of buying one, and I am keen to hear from anyone who already lives in one! The house is quite a traditional style and what we have been told about the inside finish sounds quite good. But I would love to know what they are really like to live in - am I going to have a snagging list as long as my arm, am I going to see gaps at corners or something like that, are they more or less draughty than traditional builds....etc etc etc.
I watched a programme with Richard Rodgers the other day and he was raving about modular houses, so i am a bit reassured by the thought that if they are good enough for Richard Rodgers, then they are good enough for me. I am spending a LOT of money on this house, though and I would love a bit more reassurance.
Can anyone help?
