Have you got an example?

Just want to make sure I am talking about the right thing!

Planning decisions are always subject to conditions. These are either conditions which require another application to the Council to obtain further approval of details (i.e. materials, detailed design of windows, etc), or they can be 'compliance' conditions which means the development has to comply with the terms of the condition (i.e. the development has to accord with the submitted plans, or working hours must be within set times). Compliance conditions don't require the submission/approval of further detail.

Hope that helps! (I'm a planning consultant)

No, assuming you’re talking about the conditions on a planning decision notice, they are written by the council and can’t be changed without their approval.

Yes such conditions are showing as compliance conditions but definitely have been amended and no updated plans have been provided. related to drainage. I have exchanged contracts and they showed me original plans and found out just days before completion. Builder is forcing me to agree with them so that they can serve notice. but i am not complying as its wrong but they said they cant revert the plans

Any changes to planning conditions will show up on the council’s website (under the planning pages), along with any updated plans.

I checked all documents on council , no updated plans have submitted, Council website showing original plans which clearly not adhered to
