Hey lovely people- I am sorry because I feel like I am always picking your brains around places. I have noticed that, since I moved myself a few weeks ago, with support from you guys about areas and after months of travelling around looking for a house, friends and family keep coming to me for advice on where to move to. Unfortunately, I have limited info, based on my own experience.
So, I have come to you guys again for advice.
My brother in-law just told me today that he secured a job in Lincoln so he will be making in move there with his wife and their son and daughter, aged 7 and 9. The thing is, they are from London and they do not want to sell their home there, at least for now because they love it and have family in the area. But, they would like to buy a 3 bedroom and he said he found a new build in Waddington LN5. The price seems to fit their budget. But, he does not know anything or anywhere in Lincolnshire.
He drives but he does not like driving 
anyway, after a long chat, I figured out that he likes the house.
So, if any of you can help me. ( my brother inlaw is black but his wife is mixed) they would ideally like to be in an area that is not soooo white but also not sooo black ( if that makes sense)
His wife is working from home a lot but she may need to travel to London, once every 2 weeks or at most, once per week. She is also considering getting a job closer to where ever they move to, if and when they settle.
I promise, I will try not to bother you guys soo much again. I just don't have anywhere else to get varied advice from.
