Putting my kitchen back - where to start?

We’re three weeks into our kitchen project and there is light at the end of the tunnel! The kitchen is arriving soon and will be fitted within a week. Yay!

My question is, can anyone recommend some kind of plan or guidance for putting all the kitchen stuff back? We’re going from a very old-fashioned late 80s kitchen to something I’m very excited about (lots more units, and drawers rather than cupboards on the lower level, plus no corner units), but I want to try to get it right when it comes to re-filling it. Before it was emptied for the renovation, we generally had food on one side, crockery etc on the other, but is there a better way of doing it in accordance with the position of the oven/hob/dishwasher/fridge (all to be integrated - does happy dance!)?

Any advice or signposting gratefully received!!

I have mine organized how I like to work

Most food is together and I dont mind walking a bit further for it

I have a tea/coffee station with mugs above and teas etc below and also bread and jams for breakfast are there too

Then a pan spot close to the hob and plates and cutlery together closer to where we eat.

I also have a skinny upper cabinet close to the hob that I have oil, salt and key spices in for ease when I am cooking
