Where can I buy a 90mm deep cutlery tray for a 900mm wide kitchen drawer

Help me please I'm tearing my hair out!

We have this currently:www.diy.com/departments/it-kitchens-plastic-utensil-tray-h-90mm-w-505mm/37670_BQ.prd

But we have a new kitchen and it's too small for the drawer.

I'd really like one that's the same depth but for a 900 wide drawer.

They all seem to be 60mm deep instead.

I would look at the Ikea inserts and just have a 60 plus a 30 to get the depth.

Rainbowshit · 29/01/2022 16:11

But it's the deep sections that I like so that won't help.

Google deep cutlery drawer inserts, quite a few results e.g:

www.clutterfreekitchens.co.uk/900mm-deluxe-cutlery-insert/

Depth of 55mm

Something like this Practical Comfort Adjustable Drawer Organiser | Elegant Aluminum, Customisable for Clutter-Free Kitchen, Junk Drawer, Office, Clinic | 9 Drawer Dividers (3 Long + 6 Short), Large 50 cm - 55.5 cm deep https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01GN44XIQ/ref=cmswwrcppapiglttiQQRN8988HP3C97RCQXWT?psc=1

Thanks but those are all standard depth. I want one that's 90mm deep. I have tried Googling to no avail.

oops see you want them deeper still!

PriamFarrl · 29/01/2022 16:44

Look into Blum storage.
If you have the right kind of drawers you can get flexible storage.

So 90cm from front to back not side to side? Sorry if I'm being thick!

scratchedfloor · 29/01/2022 16:52

This?

High Quality Cutlery Tray to Fit Most 90cm / 900mm Drawers. Heavy Duty Grey Plastic 814mm Wide x 422mm Deep x 57mm High GT1/900 https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01MRYBLE9/ref=cmswwrcppapiglttiC6M3BSWJ6MJ78TW3WR0C

So the dimensions I need are 900mm x 450mm x 90mm. Although the first two dimensions will be lass than that as that's the drawer dimensions not the internal dimensions.

Those flexible storage thjngs aren't quite what I'm looking for as cutlery will probably escape underneath them.

The length and width are perfect, just not the depth/height.

I have them but they have little trays. Also the bits that don’t have trays are really solid so nothing escapes.

Here is my cutlery drawer. I’ve taken one of the trays out so you can see what I mean.
If the drawer says Blum on the side then you can get these to fit.

But, the nominally 90mm high drawer is the outside dimension of the metal side. The inside is less, by the thickness of the base at least, so there is only 70mm or so for the tray to fit into. So a 55-60mm deep tray is about right. There's no particular advantage of a deeper compartment, if you filled it brim full you would not find anything. Theres also a fair bit of headspace above the drawer, so larger utensils can stick up without it being a problem.

Did you not read my original post. I already have a cutlery tray this deep. I know they exist. It fits perfectly in the new drawer in terms of depth. I just want a wider one to fit the new wider drawer width.

This looks pretty good actually. I think they are Blum drawers. Thank you!
