New kitchen nightmare 😩

Hello, I'm really hoping somebody can help me......
Had a new kitchen from Magnet's fitted last week (by an independent kitchen fitter).....
With hindsight, although the units are fitted very well, he took a few shortcuts Hmm

Anyway, the problem I'm having now, is they are white gloss cabinets, and are covered in a protective film (similar to cling film)....and I cannot remove the film SadSad

Can anyone offer any advice?
The fitter said - use a sharp knife (but be careful of the units Hmm)
Magnet's haven't got back to me (yet.....)
I've tried the sharp knife, and I've tried warming it with a hairdryer...all to no avail....

Any advice greatfully received....Sad...x

Have you paid the fitter yet? He's not finished the job. If you haven't get him back to finish.

This is what the Magnet kitchen owners guide says:

VINYL AND FOIL WRAPPED PRODUCTS
Within 48 hours of the frontals being installed and before the handles are mounted, carefully remove any protective film using a fingernail, starting from the border of the layer.
NEVER use a knife or any other cutting device as this may damage the product.

This is the link to that:h

Sorry the link didn't post well.
You can find it if you google for this:

I remove these all the time. You should be able to find a corner that can lift.

Thanks so much for your replies.

Yeah, think I got seen off a bit with the fitter Sad but it sounds like a bit of patience and lots of time is what I need.....

Might ask the fitter to come back and do it, but I'm not holding my breath as I've already paid himConfused....
