Colour charts

Do paint shops still do these?

I'm not near any. My elderly mum wants a colour chart for exterior walls and tiles but before I go trekking off to find one, I wonder if they still print them these days, or if there's a charge etc or if I can order online etc

Thanks.

www.paint-direct.co.uk/c/colour-cards
This place just says small postage charge. The Dulux weathershield 1 is out of stock, but I'm sure other places will do it. There are other exterior paints on there though.

I think the big DIY shops like b&q and Homebase still have lots of these for the different paint brands. Usually just in the shelf near the paints. I found the Dulux visualiser app very useful too.

Maybe ring up a local paint shop and ask? They definitely still print the Dulux weathershield and is free.

thanks for the link, that's really helpful

Our local Homebase and B&Q both closed, so it will be a bus or Tube trip - hence I thought if I can get a chart online, I don't mind paying the same.

I might sound really dumb - never had a house - for the exterior stuff, I think the shades mum had before might have been trade only and I am not sure if joe public can get those colour charts.

Good to know the Dulux weathershield colours are still printed, thanks. What I will do is, when I'm not here or at mum's (yes my life is that dull) I will look at what paint shops might be around and call ahead.

Just to clarify in case I seem like the laziest person ever Grin - I work unpredictable hours, sometimes evenings and care for mum as well, so there not being a paint shop in walking distance is a pain.

I might just tell her she's got to choose from t'internet!! Yikes.

Weathershield comes in the same colours for standard and trade so the colour chart will do nicely either way. We got trade (just ordered online) and it’s holding up beautifully so seems worth the extra.
