Should I buy in Chatterton village - Bromley, BR2-

Hi everyone,

Need some help quite quickly to find out some more information about chatterton and whether it's a good place to buy. DH and I are looking to start a family, so have been looking for a friendly community feel.

We have been keen on beckenham, but a house has come up at short notice in chatterton which looks exciting but we don't know anything about the area. Any input would be hugely appreciated!

It's a nice area. Good schools and plenty of green space nearby.

It's ok, the Chatterton Arms had a bad rep but not sure if that's changed. Parking is challenging. Beckenham is nicer.

Good schools, close to Bromley south so fast trains, Norman park nearby. Parking difficult.
