I thought I'd start a new thread seeing as thoughbim asking a out a different area. I'm collecting lots of information.

Recommended spot to consider in Liverpool. Home educated children, we love to cycle, walk, skateboard, drama clubs, photography, art, my youngest son is autistic, we are a black family.

Out of that selection I would go for Wavertree - near some nice parks (Sefton Park, Greenbank Park), more ethnically diverse than the other areas you have linked to. South Liverpool in general has a more studenty/arty vibe than Bootle/Litherland area IMO.

If you'ld consider a terrace L17/Aighburth area is nice and v near Sefton Park

I would agree with PP that Wavertree is good place to start, but not that house in all honesty - that part of Wavertree isn't great. I think Aigburth is a good shout, if you can get close to Lark Lane you'll find lots to do and lots of people that like/do the same things as you.

The terraced housing stock in south Liverpool doesn't normally have much in the way of gardens but you can get close to Greenbank or Sefton Park for your budget
