Potentially a niche question...
In theory could I ask our builder to put in the staircase up to the loft now - and wait a year or 18 months to do the actual conversion?
The reason I ask is for many reasons it's going to be easier to deal with the disruption of the stairs going in now than down the line.
We have the planning permission sorted.
