We have a new 25m2 kitchen/ diner extension and I'm looking for a way to boost the heat . Currently we have 2 radiators but they are not warming the room. I've found a programmable plinth heater so I could put it on for half an hour before the alarm goes off to take the chill off, then just pop it on when we are using the room if needed. The alternative is electric underfloor heating which is 15 times the installation cost.
Does anyone have a newer plinth heater and can comment on efficiency and cost?
