which design woudl you choose - which side for tall units in the kitchen

Please see 2 options.
On Option A, where sink behind the hob, the hob would be facing the wall with tv. when you cook, you look on the wall wth TV

On Opton B, where sink is, the Hob would be facing the garden. so hen you cook, you look into the garden

Definitely Option B, so you can stand between the two worktops and swivel. And face the garden.

on Option A, though,m you would have hob in front of you and worktop next to the Hob on the island ( 80 cm)...

We have very similar to option b. Hob on island, sink run parallel to long side of island with sink almost behind hob but a bit offset. Tall units parallel to short end of island. Works very well.
