Vibration mat - Washer

Probably a silly question but here goes..... My washer/dryer vibrates terribly so I bought a vibration mat to go underneath it. How on earth do I get it under the washer? I'm also on my own, just to complicate things further.

I had to buy a Lever Lifter from Amazon to lift mine op. Think they cost between £10-£20. Basically a lever that helps you put your machine onto sliders so you can then put the mat underneath it. Still not easy alone, but I did manage it eventually.
