What's the best place to source Silestone countertops from, wise price? I'm in northeast London so around London/Essex area would be ideal.

Thanks!

I would also like to see the Silestone Quartz options in person but can't find a showroom, how does one know which one to order? Pictures can't really show the close ip detail and texture Confused

We got ours from Marble Building Products, found the ones I liked the look of on their website, phoned them up and they posted samples of them all out and they were with me the next day

We went to the Cosentino warehouse yesterday in West Thurrock and it was lovely to see the slabs in person. We're leaning between Snowy Ibiza or Lagoon!

I need to find a supplier and fitter now, who can do a good price at a good job. We're looking to get our kitchen from DIY Kitchens but would like to source our own countertops.

Does anyone have any recommendations for suppliers in Essex/north east London area?

Luna stone is cheaper and identical. Their factory is near Welwyn, not far from North London:

I found out about them from mumsnet. They were around £1k cheaper than going to a generic worktop shop.

The Luna stone colours are the same as Silestone. This is their retail website and you can fill out a form to get a quote. :

A lot of kitchen showrooms have Silestone quartz in, so you could just go in to have a look. I like it a lot, but it is £££££.

We're in SE London and got our quartz from Top Granite in Plumsted. We also got our kitchen from diykitchens. We wanted to see a full size slab of the stone we were interested in, and they were happy for us to visit their supplier in Belvedere. Really good service and decent price.

I second top granite and marble - we are in SE London and just had beautiful quartz worktops fitted by them ast week. They were great to work with and super reasonable price.

Any reason why it needs to be silestone? There are so many similar products available. I think ours is Compaq and it’s fab.
