Name changed for this as I have previously identified where I am moving. It's a small town area.
We are moving to UK (both UK citizens) and there is a house we like but it's been on for 3 months. We know about extra SD for non uk residents so we would pay this and have it refunded after the 6 months.
We are unsure what the usual waiting time for a house is before it would sell. It's an expensive area but its a typical house. Good town with direct links to London. We can't view until we move in a month but we feel like this should have been snapped up. What could it be? We need to make sure we think of everything.
Once an offer is made what is the usual timeframe for a cash buyer?
