DD has recently moved out of her flat, to start a new job in another city.
Someone is renting her room and she has a friend staying in the spare room - they shared for some time before DD moved out.
A plumbing problem has arisen where the tap running in the kitchen sink causes water to gurgle up through the plughole in the bath.
A water hammer has also appeared from nowhere.
Obviously she can get a plumber out, but in the meantime, is there anything she should try to clear the pipework, as I assume that is causing the issue.
