Hi all, I'm now looking to extend at the back of my house as desperately need downstairs toilet but struggling with the idea of making it bigger and adding another room whilst doing it but just stuck for ideas. I don't have a huge budget but would love some helpful suggestions. I have renovated the house fully so not a option to knock the back wall out as kitchen is all brand new. I know I should have extended first and knocked this out but couldn't afford to at the time and wanted the kitchen done. I will try and add the floor plan
