Reception rooms refurb - what haven't I thought of?

I found the various kitchen threads on here invaluable before we did our kitchen a few years ago.
We're shortly starting a refurb of our sitting room, dining room & playroom. This involves replacing the flooring & skirting boards and changing the radiators. We're having decorators in afterwards who will also do some plastering where necessary.
The light fittings are being replaced and we're changing the sockets and adding a couple. The rooms already have several TV points each (not entirely sure why!).
What clever things have other people done which I haven't thought of? Or what obvious things have I overlooked?
We're leaving the windows & doors as they are.

Could you put in underfloor heating instead of radatiors?

Could you build In cable ducts behind the skirting boards?

Internet hook up near TV connection and sockets - you'll want to plug smart tvs etc in for a stable connection. You'll have more than one TV point so you can move your furniture around. We have two points so we can flip the room as it suits.

USB enabled sockets are great for device charging etc without taking up a plug socket.

Dimmer switches?
