What trades do I need for this?

I would like to renovate the whole of my downstairs and need new internal doors and door frames (old very buckled and don't shut properly) and replacing old laminate with stone tile flooring. Who do I need to quote to do this? Is it a separate person for the doors and frames and then the flooring? Or other way round?

You need a carpenter for the doors and a tiler for the floor.

But...some handymen can do both if you can find a good one. My husband could do both. He's a decorator by trade but has gone into handyman style work lately because he got bored painting! We're in Australia though....you will find that there are a lot of people out there who say they can do these things though and can't....so best to get actual tradesmen if you're unsure.

Best to get the flooring done first. The doors might need to be adjusted to fit with the flooring.

thanks both!
