Replacing just the tiled floor of a bathroom

The suite is fine but the tiles need to either be fixed or replaced… they have moved over time and grout has cracked in places. We tried regrouting but it didn’t work. Can a professional just remove the tiles and replace with vinyl without having to replace the toilet/sink? Or do they need to come out first? If so is it a big job? Thanks :)

Following for advice as I need to do the same after a leak - the floor has been damaged by taking the bath panel off and I can’t see a way to fit a new panel neatly.

I have had tiles replaced by vinyl before without changing the suite - no problem at all

One thing to consider; do you have skirting and if so do the tiles go up to it or is it on top of them?
