Hi all, after some opinions please.
I currently live in a 2 bed flat with my two daughters (5 & 1) who share a room which they enjoy at the moment. I bought this flat when my eldest was little and I'm now in a predicament whether to move or not.
If I sold my flat this year I could buy a terraced house, possibly a semi but with my budget I doubt I'd be able to get a house with drive. If I stay in the flat another year or two I'd be able to save enough to be able to buy a bigger property but I've been here 5 years now and so eager to move for more space/bigger garden/more privacy etc.
Would you stay a few more years to be able to buy a bigger property or shall I move now as there's no time like the present? I also worry about house prices increasing.
