How many viewings?

This could be a tricky question to answer as it probably depends on where you live but I am living in a market town in the West Midlands and we have recently put of 3 bed detached house on the market. How many viewings would you hope to have in the first couple of days of it being on the market? I'm not sure if I'm being unrealistic but so far we've had 3 viewings (all yday the first day the estate agents have been open since Xmas) and we've had no phone calls at all today so now I'm worried it will just be those 3 that were interested and we won't get much more interest now.

This is my first time ever selling a house so it all feels new to me! Also quite nerve racking!

I think given the time of year it's not time to worry yet. Things will get back to normal after new year, as people start to think about moving again.

3-bed semi in South mids.
Listed in November, agreed with EA beforehand to have viewings for 1-week only. 20-viewings in a week (all bar one sold and ready to proceed), then 3-days for B&F offers to be submitted. Settled on buyer 2-days later.

Can't really see why Christmas would slow things down (viewing wise) as many people would be off work with time on their hands plus with the market as it is, you don't want to risk missing out on anything.
