Moving bathroom upstairs

I know it can be a bit ‘how much is a piece of string’ but wondering if someone can give me a rough ball-park for cost of moving our bathroom upstairs?

Upstairs there is currently a toilet (so sewage/wastewater) and basin (with cold water only) so the only major plumbing is to put a hot water feed in.

We are planning to move the existing bath upstairs. This will mean:

  • knocking down the current wall between toilet and bedroom
  • building a new stud wall
  • ‘making good’ the new bathroom (tiling etc)
  • knocking down the current wall between bathroom and kitchen
  • rearranging the existing kitchen into an l-shape
  • getting a new worktop
  • ‘making good’ the new kitchen
  • moving a few bits of electrics like some plug sockets on the wall that is due to be removed
  • knocking the existing bathroom/kitchen windows into one big window

Does anyone have any ideas on cost?! We have no idea at all if it’ll be £10k, £25k or £50k!!
