What trade would do this job?

We have a useless and impractical round bay window in the lounge which doesn't reach the ceiling (great 80s design idea?!?)

We get bad mould from condensation on the inside every winter, we don't think the roof of the bay had been insulated at all. We think we need someone to take the ceiling down and insulate and then put back up and replaster properly and put the curtain rail back up.

Anyone know what kind of tradesperson would do this? Or any other ideas what we can do? I'd like to knock it out and replace with a square bay but that would be a lot of expense and hassle with planning.

A General Builder.

Thats hopeless then, builders around here are only interested in huge extensions. And last 'handyman' I tried couldn't put up a shelf.
