Noticed tile grout was coming out and saw water around tile. Had someone round to check for leak. Discovered that mould on seal around bath means that water has been leaking at back of bath and has completely ruined wall behind. Could only see this when I had bath panel removed. Plaster board and wall seriously damaged at bottom. Also can see that there is a beam behind that - fuck knows what that does and am terrified that is also going to be affected. Clearly there will be water damage under bloody floor tiles when those are removed.
Advice please. I am terrified as we do not have pot of money for this.
