Worst Buyers/Sellers You Have Dealt With During a Move

We are in the early stages of moving and it got me thinking about past moves. One buyer we had booked her removal van on an hourly basis. Long before money had reached us she was outside demanding to be let in. Her buyers money had reached her but we were still loading vans and hadn't completed on our sale. She got angrier and angrier due to the rising van cost and ended up filling garden with her goods as we moved ours out in time for completion.
We had a good relationship until moving day which was a shame.
I am pretty sure there are much worse stories though.

Vendor got completion day wrong. We arrived, he arrived flustered in work suit, having just been told by did solicitors that he had completed, bleating ‘but I thought it was tomorrow’.

No van booked.

He had been renting it out so not toooo much stuff. We were putting it all behind the front wall and his ride arrived and started telling us to leave their stuff alone.

Our removal team helped empty the house and he scrambled a van.

A month later the fridge and washing machine he charged extra for as ‘only a year old’ were condemned by the repair guy as being 15 years old.
