List of estate agents that accept housing benefit in ipswhich

Hi everyone,

I would just like to ask I planning on moving to ipswhich and would like to know, if anyone knows any estate agents that accept hb or local housing allowance been searching on the web and came across one but wanted to know if there is anymore.

Surely it's up to the individual home owner rather than the estate agent? I think sometimes it's a condition of their mortgage that they only rent out to working people, even though they're just as likely to lose a job as someone on benefits is to not paying.

The landlord should make this decision

I completely understand that it's down to the landlord, which is fine but what I am enquiry about is if anybody knows any landlords or estate agents within the area that accept hb.

I thought a new law was passed a while back that you are not allowed to discriminate if someone is on hb etc .
