Warrington or hounslow?

Currently live in borough of hounslow near Heathrow.
Obvs pro is easy to central London, not far from Windsor etc. Lots to do,
But buying a house even in this part of London is too expensive.

Currently viewed a gorgeous house in Appleton and as SIL lives in Stockton Heath I have visited a lot and I'm originally from didsbury so near family.

My question is, is it worth it? Moving away? I have two young toddlers so need to factor in their quality of life too.

And any areas of Warrington to be avoided?

Appleton is lovely. Not an expert on Warrington, but would stay away from Latchford, Orford, Victoria Park, Great Sankey (floods?) and look at Appleton, Grappenhall, Stockton Heath, Thelwall, Lymm, depending on budget.

100% Warrington over Hounslow. No contest.

Another no contest. Family is from that part of London and I live in the North West now.

Warrington 100%

Should also say that if it's ease of access to a city you like then you are less than 40 minutes to Manchester, Liverpool and Chester so three different cities with different vibes.

Lots to do, places to visit and countryside/ countryside parks in close proximity.

I'm from London originally and now live in Appleton. South Warrington is lovely and has great schools too. I visit family in London a lot and always feel relieved when I get back home. If you have family in the North West definitely move!

Hi, just to let you know we were in a similar position to you about 3 years ago. Wanting to move up from the London. We eventually settled in appleton and couldn't be happier with our decision. It's perfect for young children. Our 4 year old has just started school here and loves it.

Feel free to ask questions if you want to know anything more. Good luck with it all X
