Anyone have any insight into this?
I’m looking at the lower end of the market so lots in my budget are either auction (out for me, too risky) or by this method of modern auction.
Am I right in thinking I need to avoid this like the plague?
Has anyone has success with it and how does it work with viewings, getting surveys etc?
This is all new to me and as a single mum I can’t afford to take risks.
