Had offer accepted 15th October as FTB, searches done and returned, valuation & survey complete, mortgage deeds signed and now awaiting an exchange date to sign!
I am at the start of the chain and the EA informs me that there is only me, the vendor and their vendor. My vendors want to move ASAP but not sure on their vendors.
Am I being unrealistic thinking that we will sign contracts before Christmas? As a first time buyer I’m unsure on how long is acceptable to wait and it’s also keeping me on edge not knowing!
