Neff venting hob

Help needed.

I've bought a neff venting hob, and I've got the ducting but I cannot for the life of me work out how the ducting connects to the hob? I think I need an extra part but I can't find it at all.

Alternatively, does anyone have an email address for neff?

We found it really hard to get any sense out of neff. Ended up with kitchen fitter ordering a bit off the internet that worked.

Ours ducts outside, we got a special duct made of metal so the screed could go on top.
