Noisy Manhole

Has anyone successfully complained to Open Reach about a noisy manhole cover on a road?

I feel like Hyacinth Bucket in my complaint I have not lodged it.

We live on a country road that is used as a cut through, so relatively busy and the rattling manhole cover is starting to drive me mad.

If it is noisy when driven over then it is either not seated correctly or the frame is possibly damaged someway. Certainly they should not make any noise and are designed with a 3-point seat to prevent rocking.
If you are certain it belongs to Openreach then get in touch and I should think someone will come out and take a look, they have a damaged plant reporting line as I have used it myself.
