Help me find a house please!

Hi all. Budget is around £600K. Looking for minimum 4 bed around Bexley/Sidcup/Bexleyheath/nicer parts of Welling. Basically want to be in catchment of local grammar school (eldest already attends one). We’ve looked at a few but it hasn’t been easy as budget is limited for the preferred area which is Bexley. I know some of you enjoy property search so please help!

Is Bromley any good for you

I’ve looked on Rightmove and there are loads of lovely chunky semis in that area, are they not right for you?

I viewed it and liked it but the children were complaining about bedroom sizes. The only thing I really did not like is the very tiny upstairs bathroom. It only has a tiny shower. You have to squeeze through to get to the toilet.

At least the kitchen can be extended. Garden is good size for us.

Viewing this one soon but lack of side access is making doubt it will be suitable.

If you want grammar schools have you considered further out just in Kent? Dartford and Wilmington grammars are very good and you can probably get a bit more for your money over in Hartley, New Barn way.

Rydal Drive can get quite a bit of traffic.

Oh dear, I really like Rydal Drive house.

Oldest is already in one of the Bexley grammars so can’t move too far away. Hoping the next one will get into grammar as well (Dartford or any of the Bexley ones). Might look at travel options from Wilmington.
