Hi I don't know if I am being thick and could do with some one explaining this to me. We are trying to sell late Mils property, it needs a complete refurbishment but we are selling as is. We had one lot of buyers and the surveyor said the property was worthless as it had an old style free hold , it's a maisonette. We and the owners downstairs have had a solicitor rewrite it.
Now we have a buyer and the same surveyor is refusing to give a valuation as it's not lettable but the guy wanting to buy is a builder who is aware regarding that
Am I missing something and could you explain or help me
