Hello.. I am looking at a potential move to leamington Spa from Harborne in Birmingham. Please could anyone with knowledge of the area offer any advice as to which areas would be best for a young family. We have a six year old son so will be looking at local schools in the area. Our budget is up to £600,000. Thank you x

North leam is nice and handy for town centre if more pricey - Milverton, Lillington. Further from the station if you need to commute though. Sydenham has always been more studenty. Assuming you don’t need a huge house you’ll find something nice for your budget though.

Hope you’re able to find something you like! I love Leamington, the town itself has such a good feel that you can’t go too far wrong to be honest.
