Farrow and Ball Skimming Stone or Shaded White

Hi All

I'm hoping for some guidance on paint colours.

I have all my woodwork done in Farrow and Ball Wimborne White, my kitchen is also this shade.

I am torn between Skimming Stone and Shaded white for the walls for the kitchen. I'd also like to use whichever I pick for the TV Room and Hall, Stairs and Landing.

I'm looking for a warm neutral, I'd like to avoid a cool grey or anything too yellow. Ideally I want a warm off-white that will work with Wimborne white and all gold/brass hardware (handles, kitchen sink etc).

Both shades appear to be classified as greys but in photos on insta and Pinterest they can appear more beige which is what I'd prefer.

Any help please for a decision-exhausted human? Grin

We’ve just painted our kitchen and hallway with skimming stone. We have a white kitchen, white woodwork and a grey/oak floor. The skimming stone has really warmed the place up, it’s lovely!

Thanks ilikecheeseontoast for sharing! Any chance you have a picture to share? I've been struggling to find a pic against a white kitchen? Great to hear it has warmed up the room and didn't leave it cold looking

Definitely Skimming Stone, Shaded white can look very green.

Bollocks. Just bought shedloads of shaded white ready for a room I’m trying to warm up 🤣

I prefer Shaded white but it does have more of a 'colour' to it - it looks great against white.

Shaded White was one of my favourites, had it in last living room

We had skimming stone in our last kitchen but with cream units and white paintwork, I loved it.
