Planning Appeal - Recommended Agents??

Hi all - I am looking to appeal a denied retrospective planning application. Can anyone recommend a good agent?? I've spoken to a few but would prefer to hire someone through a recommendation.

Has anyone else been through the process? Any tips welcome!!

We used this chap (in Sussex) to get planning permission on a property that had been extended twice before and we thought we might not be able to extend again. He wrote a report and got the planning permission.
Of course we'll never know that we couldn't have got it ourselves. This was over 20 years ago.
