Hi all,
After a very drawn-out process, my (Council) freeholder's insurance has approved some significant repairs needed in my flat due to water ingress from a dodgy pipe upstairs. The insurer uses a building/maintenance company called HH Technical Services - based in Southampton/Devon but seem to work all over (we're in London).
Anyone heard of them or had any experiences? After a year of faff, keen to have it done just once and properly - but can't find much online by way of reviews.
