Cleaning inaccessible gutters

Some grasses are growing out of a gutter which is really hard to reach. Can anyone recommend a tool (probably telescopic) to pick at and loosen the vegetation then scrape it up? The gutter is about 5 metres high and over a conservatory. There is a velux window 3 metres above so I could probably get to it that way.

I’ve thought about pouring weed killer through a hose onto it but I’m still left with a dead plant in the gutter that I can’t remove.

We got a professional gutter cleaner round and even he couldn’t get to it.

Thanks in advance!

If you know someone who does basic roof repairs they would probably do it

Then get them to put in a product called gutter hedgehog which is a long spikey think that should stop leaves getting stuck in their in the future

Thanks, Shtsandgiggles. I haven’t heard of gutter hedgehogs before.

This is what I used for a similar job. It took ages but with this I was able to get under the plant and scoop it out.

I had a guy out to mine and they use a gutter vac to clear out gutters. It's done from the ground so no need to go up ladders

Another vote for the gutter vac.
Have a chap around once a year to do my parents house. Front & sides are ok but there is no way to get to the rear, his vac has a camera on the end and as part of the package you get before & after photos.
All done in an hour.
