Has anyone reported a firm to trading standards? I currently have a bathroom refit in progress which is several weeks past its due date, substandard work, lack of care to my home etc. The project manager is fully aware how unhappy I am and there’s no end in sight at the moment. I had the bright idea today of bringing trading standards in but not really sure what to expect. The refit is being done by an independent installer with a high street showroom. They are currently making The Chuckle Brothers look competent…
