Just wondering if anyone can help me with how to move forward. Our roof was leaking into one of our bedrooms. We had a few quotes and agreed with one company to do the repair. They took photos of lots of holes that they thought were causing the issue. We were pleased with the repair and paid via bank transfer (first error but only option given other than cash) shortly after the same leak can back. Since March they have been back on about 3 occasions and tried various things and we still have the leak. They have now stopped answering my via message or call. I don't think they know what the issue actually is. The repair was in access of 1k and was also partially cosmetic which we wouldn't have done if they didn't think that was the issue but looks better for it. What do I do. Give up and get another company in and pay again? Keep pestering. I am guessing there is no come back through the bank die to length or time and the fact it was as a bank transfer. I don't want to hound them and be unreasonable if they can't figure out the issue but equally need the leak sorting
