HPS Merchant

Has anyone uses HPS Merchant for new bathroom fittings? My builder says their much better than Victoria Plum etc but their online brochure is less than inspiring..I'd really appreciate some feedback from anyone who's used them before (their online reviews are a bit too good to be true for my liking). Thanks in advance!

We've just used HPS! Mainly because my husband got a trade discount which was fantastic.... the bathroom has been delivered and I believe our builder is fitting this/next week....so I will have some pics then if that's any good?

The process has been ok - a two hour meeting at their Redhill branch to decide literally everything we wanted which came with some really good advise. Process has been quite lengthy but as we've had other trades works going on it has been fine for us.

I found looking at the internet and catalogues for bathroom stuff completely pointless - I just couldn't get excited about it! Went in branch and she had a stack of about 8 catalogues to go through - my husband and I initially thought 'oh no! This is going to be a waste of time!!' But the lady working with us was really helpful. She'd been to our house and got the bathroom dimensions- so she had the plan up on the computer ready. She was able to say 'no - that shower screen will be a pain for you, you want a double one that folds....' etc. Our plumber is in direct contact with her which is very helpful - apparently we didn't have head room for our raindrop shower but she knew we really wanted that so she is discussing with our plumber to source alternatives that will work!
