We’re just moving to planning the details of our loft conversion. Typical 1930s semi it will be a hip to gable with a large dormer.
What would be better for the dormer? White render (which would blend with the white painted pebbledash of the main house) or tiles?
One builder said tiles as they last longer another said render as it looks better and still goes for 40yrs…
